Rotate captured wrist so that narrow part is toward gap between thumb and fingers.      
Grab back their hand with your free hand; quickly pull your hands apart.      
Step in with same side foot and strike palm heel to neck or punch to solar plexus Changal

Simultaneously step in w/opposite foot and drive same side elbow into solar plexus or side of jaw

Open your captuered hand as a stop to their hand.      
Step into a horse stance with your opposite foot simultaneously bringing your elbow up to strike the outside of their elbow to hyper-extend it.      
Back-fist with free hand to nose or temple      
4   Choom Bi    
Trap their gripping hand with your with free hand      
Front kick to groin      
Turn opposite hand clockwise grabbing forearm     Apply while moving into horse stance w/opposite side foot
Apply pressure to wrist Yangul
